Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy are divorcing after 5 years of marriage

Mary-Kate Olsen is divorcing her French banker husband, Pierre Olivier Sarkozy — alleging in legal papers that he is cruelly kicking her out of their New York home next Monday in the middle of a pandemic.

Olsen, 33 — who wed Sarkozy, 50, in 2015 — signed a summons and complaint for divorce on April 17, when “it was clear my marriage was over … the relationship has broken down irretrievably,” according to the court papers, filed in New York’s Supreme Court.
